Home Office policy on Dublin III family reunion declared partially unlawful

RLS welcomes the recent High Court judgment which declares part of the Home Office policy on Dublin III family reunion unlawful.
Safe Passage brought the case challenging the policy, which effectively instructed caseworkers to refuse applications where the Home Office was unable to work out within a two-month period whether a lone child qualified for family reunion.
