RLS provides info session for the Khora Asylum Support Team (KAST)

RLS's legal coordinator in Athens, Lucy Alper, visited the Khora Asylum Support Team (KAST) to provide a training session about Dublin Family Reunification. The session also covered historical context and discussion of the asylum system in Greece.

"Thank you for the training, it was really enlightening and well constructed. I feel I’m better “in touch” with what people have to go through and I feel it helps me being more adequate with clients that may have an issue regarding the Dublin family reunification procedure. "

The Khora Asylum Support Team (KAST) is a team of volunteers who work on the provision of up-to-date and accurate information to ensure displaced people’s access to the asylum system, health care, accommodation, and other services.
